We acted for L&Q in the acquisition of 29 Affordable Housing Units from Countryside Zest (Beaulieu Park) LLP on the Neighbourhood Centre and Zone B of the Beaulieu Park development in Chelmsford, Essex.
Countryside Properties and L&Q formed a 50/50 joint venture partnership Countryside Zest (Beaulieu Park) LLP to develop Beaulieu, a major new £1 billion neighbourhood in North East Chelmsford, Essex. The new neighbourhood, once completed, will include up to 3,600 new homes, a site for a new railway station on the East Anglian main line as well as substantial community infrastructure with new schools, open space and new neighbourhood centres for health and community facilities.
Neil Toner and Carol Chan negotiated the Development Agreement last year and Krissun Soodin acted in the completion of the acquisitions.
