We are delighted to have advised Look Ahead Care and Support Limited on its recent successful acquisition of Kingswood Care Services Limited, which operates five residential care services in Essex specialising in supporting people with learning disabilities.
Look Ahead, a charitable housing association currently supporting over 6,500 individuals every year, delivers over 20 specialist services for people with learning disabilities, including those with high and complex needs. This includes residential care, supported living and community based services.
