Devonshires’ Real Estate and Projects team have completed a stock acquisition on behalf of Heart of England HA (part of Orbit Group) from Bromford Group.
The transfer of the stock portfolio completed on 19 October 2020, and saw Orbit acquire 128 units in Oxford as part of their growth strategy to increase their presence in the wider area.
Aruna Sarwar, a Partner in our Real Estates and Projects department, led the Devonshires’ project team comprised of Peter Antoni, Summer Gibb, Hetal Ruparelia, Merrik Morgan and Carlos Fernandes.
The transaction commenced prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, and is a testament to the commitment of all involved to ensure that the transfer completed as swiftly as possible while maintaining a continued focus on ensuring the delivery of a high quality level of essential services to tenants.
