We are pleased to announce the arrival of 8 new trainees to our team at Devonshires.
The new trainees: Daniel Goldup; Alexandra Benion; Laura Baker; Rachel Jones; Nazneen Patel; Tania Afrin; Amy Ling; and Junaid Tariq will all undertake four six-month seats as part of their training contract with Devonshires, across our range of practice areas.
Trainees Tania Afrin, Junaid Tariq and Rachel Jones were previously paralegals at Devonshires in our Real Estate and Projects and Housing Management Teams. They join Christian Barnes who started his Training Contract in April this year, after being a Legal Assistant in our Clinical Negligence Department.
This takes our trainee count up to 15, with 6 trainees currently sitting the second year of their training contract.
Amanda Harvey, Employment & Pensions Partner and Training Principal said: “I take a keen interest in seeing trainees develop and progress and in helping them develop their skillset so they can achieve their full potential. Our trainees benefit from client contact and responsibility right from the start, and receive extensive supervision and training. This results in well-rounded individuals who are fully prepared for life as a solicitor. It is the depth and breadth of our training contract that sets us apart from many other firms”.
