Duncan draws upon his knowledge and experience to help businesses succeed; by setting clear business ambitions and delivering them through a combination of strong operational leadership, disciplined change management and focussed teams.

Experience

Prior to Devonshires, Duncan worked as Chief Operations Officer at Pitmans Law where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and delivery of the firm’s strategic agenda; this involved improvements to: market presence, fee earner performance and all business services. Duncan has also held the position of Global Chief Operating Officer at Insignia Group – where he developed a strategy to address their issues and support growth – and as the Chief Operations Officer of PA Consulting Group’s Technology Practice, which achieved rapid growth with high levels of success.

Education

Duncan attended the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology (UMIST) and graduated with a First Class Honours in Financial Services; he has also been trained in Business Architecture at Henley Business School.
