Areas of Expertise

Bryony is an Associate who in the Real Estate & Projects team. She advises on a wide range of property transactions, including a large number of Golden Brick arrangements, Section 106 Agreements and other statutory agreements and various development acquisitions. Bryony also has experience in our Housing Management and Property Litigation team acting for Housing Associations and Registered Providers.

Prior to that she worked in another area of Real Estate & Projects where she was involved in a number of regeneration projects of varying sizes, as well as public-private partnerships.

Experience

Prior to Devonshires, Bryony worked at a number of other City law firms and has a background in Finance: working within both public and private organisations in a range of sectors- dealing with company accounts, taxation, settlement agreements, pensions and employee benefits in a variety of jurisdictions.

Education

Bryony graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with a BA (Hons) in English and History. She later completed her GDL and LPC at BPP, Law School, Waterloo and Holborn.
