A supplier of fresh produce has recovered all of its debt together with Late Payment Compensation fees and interest, with our support.
The case:
We were asked to help a supplier of fresh produce recover money owed after a company it worked with failed to pay 88 invoices.
After being unable to agree a settlement and to recover the money as quickly as possible, the matter proceeded to a court hearing.
The outcome:
As well as claiming for the overdue invoices, we also claimed for late payment compensation fees plus interest at 8.5%.
The case was successful with the District Judge awarding our client a total of £11,564.
This included late compensation fees for each of the 88 overdue invoices, which totalled £3,520.00.
