Katie deals with all aspects of property related matters and specialises in site acquisitions, strategic land, mixed-use development, regeneration schemes and joint ventures.

She predominately acts for Registered Providers including a number of members of the G15 as well as developers and local authorities.

Experience

Katie worked as a solicitor in Devonshire’s property team for three years from 2010 to 2013. Prior to rejoining Devonshires, Katie was at Winckworth Sherwood where she advised on site acquisitions including strategic land acquisitions, development and joint ventures.

Education

Katie completed her LPC at the College of Law, Birmingham
