Triya jointly heads up the Real Estate and Projects Team and has over 15 years of experience in the Social Housing sector, acting on a complete range of property matters. Triya’s particular specialism lies in complex development, joint ventures and large scale regeneration projects.
Triya provides strategic advice to clients on the structuring of deals, the pre-planning stage, development and construction through to delivery. Her client base includes both for-profit and charitable Registered Providers, investors, private developers and local authorities.
